Shipping

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Orders over £50 - FREE DELIVERY!

Orders from £15 - £50 - £3.49

Orders up to £15 - £2.99

Orders are dispatched the next working day and take around 2-4 days to be delivered with Evri.

Where do you ship to?

All mainland UK, Scotland and Wales.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders either the same working day, or the next working day.

We use Evri and Royal Mail as our couriers and usually see parcels arriving within 2 - 4 working days.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched you'll be assigned a tracking number which will automatically be emailed to you (please check your junk mail too)

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped we might be able to cancel this for you.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

We offer hassle-free returns giving you 60 days from the day of receiving your order to return it to us for a full refund. 

After 60 days we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or an exchange but this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Request your Return Authorisation Number by emailing info@littledreamersgiftshop.co.uk or using our Contact Form.

Upon approval you will receive the Return Authorisation number and the address for where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once received back to us, we will check it all over and issue the refund straight away. You'll also receive an email letting you know the refund has been issued. Please bear in mind some banks can take a few days to process the refund.

Who is responsible for return costs?

Customers are responsible for return costs and must provide proof of posting in the event of the parcel going missing on return.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
